the hotel's location near the main shopping area was acceptable.
the pre-portioned breakfast was a surprise. on the penultimate day, the air conditioning stopped working and despite attempts to repair it, the room was unbearably hot at night. i did not sleep well.

The owner upgraded our rooms upon arrival. rooms included were large, clean rooms. the owner provided helpful tips about the city. Directions were clear and easy to follow.
the cistern did not work in both apartments we booked. they didn't fix the cisterns. we struggled with that.

the location is amazing it was easy to walk around and explore i found friendly staff there the room was very clean. the breakfast was good i appreciate the turkish tea i received. the staff was accommodating i got free water and tea. the staff assisted me with everything i needed
